Attorney James D. Lamb is the third generation of his family to call Columbus home. A graduate of the Brookstone School, he graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University and received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. Mr. Lamb has been practicing law over ten years and has a wealth of experience with the Federal and State courts.
Mr. Lamb began his career as a prosecutor for the State of Georgia. His experience and record of success in the criminal courts as a prosecutor gives him unique insight into the court system and provides a significant advantage in your representation. Mr. Lamb also represents insurers in claims litigation. This perspective allows Mr. Lamb to have the understanding of the insurers required to allow a successful representation of your claim. Mr. Lamb has argued many cases successfully in both State and Federal Courts, as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.
